Warehouse Processing Times
We strive to process & ship out orders within 1-3 business days. For example, if you placed your order on Monday, you can expect it to ship out on Wed/Thur. Our business days are M-F non holiday.
In Transit - Shipping Times
This is important information, as many people are not aware on how UPS defines shipping times & business days, please read this carefully before selecting your shipping level. Please read our examples, if you questions, please contact us via email or live chat.
The UPS shipping service that our company uses delivers shipments Monday thru Friday, 5 days a week. UPS will not deliver your order on Saturday, Sunday, or on Holidays. UPS Ground shipments will arrive in 2 - 6 business days, depending on your location.
UPS 3 Day
Shipments will arrive in 3 business days, UPS does not count the day in which they pickup your package from our warehouse. For example, if you order on Monday, we will ship your order on Wednesday, now UPS does not includes Wednesday as a shipping day, they would count Thursday as the first day of in transit & your order would arrive on the following Monday.
UPS 2 DAY
UPS does not count the day in which they pickup your package from our warehouse. For example, if you place your order on Monday, your order would be shipped on Wednesday, now UPS does not include Wednesday as a shipping day, they would count Thursday as the first day of in transit & your order would arrive on Friday.
USPS Priority Mail
This service delivers shipments Monday thru Saturday, 6 days a week. USPS will not deliver your order on Sunday or on Holidays. Shipments using this service usually arrive in 2-3 business days.
Order Status & Shipment Tracking Information
When you complete your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation, this will also contain a link to our order tracking section of our website, you are also able to access the order information section from our website by logging in with your username & password you created when you placed your order. Shipment tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of the shipment date.
Returns
We can return your item for any reason up to 30 days after purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- Contact the Info@GameTimeWatches.net for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
- Watches must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.
